When bad things happen it’s hard to think of anyone but ourselves.
We all have to get through it together, the fellow passengers, the
gate agent, the flight crew, and you. Delays are no fun but no
matter how important you make yourself, the Air Traffic Control
delay is not going away. Even if you are a frequent flyer, try to
remember that others exist and even though you are special, you
are basically the same as every other passenger with the same
needs. We all want to get there on time, safely, and with as little
hassle as possible. Show concern for others and be ready for life
when it takes a sour turn.
